he Owen R. Fortnam Memorial Fund was established by the Fortnam family as a way to help remember Owen through various charitable acts. These will include annual scholarships at Waterville Central School in his name, as well as gifts to support causes that Owen enjoyed, such as the outdoors, wildlife, reading and science.
