Now in its second year, the Community Choice Awards (CCA)  features eight categories to help local nonprofits with community projects: animal welfare, arts & culture, copper city (to benefit projects in the City of Rome), education, health & wellness, human services, seniors, and sports & recreation.

Our donor-advised funds and the Rome Community Foundation are serving as category sponsors, each category winner will receive a $10,000 award, and one semifinalist will get a $5,000 Board of Trustees award.

Community Foundation staff, Trustees and category sponsors will surprise each winner at their headquarters with a big check and celebration on Wednesday, September 18.
