Overview
Established in 2005, the Staffworks Fund supports nonprofit organizations that provide direct care and services for animals. Since its inception, the fund has provided almost $8 million in grants for dozens of local organizations.
In 2014, the Staffworks Fund Save A Life Campaign was established. This regional fundraising effort provides matching levels for community donations made to animal welfare organizations located in Central New York. Over the last decade, the campaign has raised over $11,600,000 for nonprofit organizations providing direct care and services for at-risk animals in regional communities where Staffworks operates. During the 2024 Mohawk Valley Gives/Save A Life Campaign, $197,000 was matched through the program, benefiting 12 organizations.
