The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties is pleased to announce a series of leadership transitions within its finance team, reflecting the organization’s continued growth and ongoing commitment to serving the community.

Rebecca Calidonna, formerly the Community Foundation’s financial controller, has assumed the role of chief financial officer. Since joining the organization in 2023, Calidonna has played a key role in strengthening financial operations and brings more than 14 years of experience to her new position.

Tyler Brennan began in January as the Community Foundation’s new financial controller. Brennan brings 10+ years of experience in the finance and accounting field, most recently serving as assistant controller at Masonic Care Community of New York.

Additionally, Teresa Hudson has transitioned from her role as finance and accounting coordinator to fund accounting strategist, while Shannon Murphy now serves as fund accounting manager. These changes further enhance the Community Foundation’s financial leadership and support its mission to steward resources effectively for the benefit of the community.

“These transitions reflect a time of growth at the Community Foundation,” said President/CEO Alicia Dicks. “Our finance team plays a critical role in ensuring strong stewardship of the resources entrusted to us, and these updates position our team to continue supporting our fundholders, partners, and the community with excellence.”
