A donor-advised fund established by Steve H. Oram, Esq. for the charitable purpose(s) of providing support for programs, services, or initiatives that will promote the Greater Utica area including, but not limited to, programs which will make Utica attractive to young people as a desirable place to live and work.

The Give Back to Utica Fund was created by Steven H. Oram, a former Utica resident and attorney with Oram & Moss, Chartered, for the charitable purpose(s) of providing support for programs, services, or initiatives that will promote the Greater Utica area including, but not limited to, programs which will make Utica attractive to young people as a desirable place to live and work.
