Our Funds

The Jean M. Hernon-Kallus’82 Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Jean Marie Hernon-Kallus, who passed away in 2022, by her family, 1982 classmates and friends.  The fund will honor and remember Jean’s vibrant spirit for years to come, providing graduates of New Hartford Central School District with scholarships.

A scholarship fund established by F. Eugene Romano in memory of Jeanne Louise Ulrich Romano to award scholarships to a student attending Utica College pursuing a degree in business management.

A scholarship fund established in memory of renowned figure skating costume designer Jef Billings.

A donor-advised fund established by Mary Malone McCarthy for general charitable purposes.

An agency fund benefitting the Jewish Community Center, a faith-based organization committed to making a positive difference by providing services to enrich lives and create a sense of unity in the Mohawk Valley.

A donor-advised fund established by Gene Velardi in memory of his daughter Jillian Velardi who passed away in a car accident. Grants reflect Jillian's zest for life, including a love of art, photography, dance, children, and a sense of adventure, including support for a cosmetology scholarship.

The John H. Sheridan Memorial Fund was established by the family of John Sheridan, who passed away in June 2023. Proceeds of this fund will go towards benefitting individuals with developmental disabilities.

A scholarship fund established by Wendy Moosavi in memory of her father Joseph F. Mazza who passed away in 2015 at the age of 92. A scholarship is awarded annually to a graduate of Thomas R. Proctor High School who is attending a Christian-affiliated school, with preference given to a student planning a career related to religion or theological study.
