Overview
The Westmoreland Central School District is a close-knit, rural district located in the heart of Central New York, between Utica and Rome. Serving approximately 1,000 students across a unified campus of three school buildings, the district is supported by a dedicated team of nearly 90 instructional staff and 80 support personnel who are deeply committed to student success.
The district’s mission centers on helping every student achieve individual excellence while developing the skills and confidence needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. Students are empowered to become independent thinkers, lifelong learners, and active contributors to their communities.
