Peter Corigliano, IV Memorial Fund
A memorial fund was established by the family of nine-year-old Peter Corigliano, IV, who passed away in September 2025, dedicated to helping children and families dealing with complex medical conditions, with a special focus on congenital heart defects.
Overview
The Peter Corigliano, IV Memorial Fund is dedicated to honoring Peter’s memory by providing support in various ways to children and families to ease the burden of care, provide comfort, and offer hope—giving every child the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the challenges they face on their health journey.
Peter was charismatic, with a contagious smile and a heart of gold. He had impeccable comedic timing and made everyone laugh. His dream was to become a doctor, and at his young age he had already been appointed as an honorary member of the Woods Valley Jr. Ski Patrol where he could regularly be found chatting it up in the patrol room.
While Peter is remembered for having many hobbies–including playing with Legos, skiing, swimming, playing doctor with his stuffed animals and playing in the snow for hours, the activity that he held most dear was spending time with his friends and family.
The bond Peter shared with his family resonates in the creation of this fund and will live on through the impact it will have on other local families.
