Overview
Students on Broadway is committed to making live theater accessible to all students, regardless of their background or financial situation. By offering tickets for just $15 to productions, Broadway Utica provides youth with transformative experiences that build cultural awareness, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging—while celebrating the diverse and powerful stories that theater has to offer. An example of the type of group that takes advantage of the Students on Broadway is the Young Scholars Program through Utica University.
During the 2024-25 season alone, 27 schools/agencies attended seven performances, with over 600 tickets being issued.

Broadway Utica has established a permanent partnership with the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties to give the performing arts organization a way to support, expand and continue its impact for years to come.
