
Fundholder Portal Resources
Resources to help fundholders create an account and use the Community Foundation's new Fundholder Portal.

The Community Foundation has partnered with Foundant to provide a portal for fundholders to manage their funds. From the portal, fundholders can view current balances, fund statements, donation histories and grant histories, as well as recommend grants.
Fundholders will receive an email invitation from the Community Foundation with a link to create an account on the portal. If you have not received any email invitation, please email funds@foundationhoc.org for assistance.
