Please note that scholarships administered by the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties are awarded through a variety of different mechanisms, including by school district selection, public application, or through our community partners, such as Utica Dollars for Scholars.
Established by through the Laura Brooks Harney/P.J. Harney Scholarship Trust. Scholarships are awarded to students from the Town of Webb School District planning to attend Clarkson University, California Institute of Technology, Frostburg State University, New York University, or Saint Louis University.

Established by Fiber Instrument Sales in memory of an employee, Laura J. Gribneau, who was killed a car accident. Scholarships are awarded to a student from the Town of Webb School District planning to study science or business.
