Teresa Dowe Huggins' peaceful and joyful spirit lives on in the hearts of her loved ones and through this scholarship fund. She lived a life of service to others. Her greatest joys were her husband Bill to whom she was married for 36 years, and her two children, Tara and Mike. Teresa touched many lives as the creative and innovative teacher, counselor, speaker, and author that she was.
