A donor-advised fund established by Steve H. Oram, Esq. for the charitable purpose(s) of providing support for programs, services, or initiatives that will promote the Greater Utica area including, but not limited to, programs which will make Utica attractive to young people as a desirable place to live and work.
Overview
The Give Back to Utica Fund was created by Steven H. Oram, a former Utica resident and attorney with Oram & Moss, Chartered in Washington, DC. The fund promotes internship opportunities and sponsors an annual Give Back to Utica essay contest for high school students. Essay writers were asked to describe how growing up in the Utica area has shaped their worldview, what their vision for Utica is and how they could give back to the community to make this vision a reality.
