Will Language To Create A Scholarship Fund

I give and bequeath _______________________________ (describe the gift) to The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc. to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same as a permanent endowment, and to pay and disburse the net income to a graduate of ____________ ________________________ (name a high school) or a student planning to attend _____ ____________________ (university, college, other educational institution) for ______________________________________(describe the scholarship(s) and selection criteria) in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation creating The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties, Inc., heretofore adopted by the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all of which provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and conclusively assented to and adopted.

The fund hereby created shall be known as the _____________________ Scholarship Fund. The Foundation may retain reasonable and proper compensation for its services and expenses.
